MRS LYDIA NASILELE SIMAKANDO
BOARD MEMBER
Lydia is a seasoned finance executive with 20+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, and strategic financial planning.
With a strong leadership track record, Lydia has driven business growth through effective risk management and compliance strategies at top institutions like Zamtel, Workers Compensation Fund Control Board, and Aflife.
Currently, Lydia serves as Director of Finance at Zambia Postal Services Corporation and is active in various board leadership roles.
A Chartered Accountant, Fellow member of ZICA and ACCA, and Certified Enterprise Risk Manager, Lydia holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University.
MR CHABBY CHABALA
BOARD DIRECTOR
A seasoned corporate governance professional with 16 years of experience in company secretarial work, particularly with dual-listed companies. Former Company Secretary at ZCCM-IH, with expertise in board functions, compliance with corporate,compliance with corporate governance codes, and relevant laws. Served on various boards, including Misenge Environmental, Ndola Lime, and the ZCCM Trust Fund. Former Councillor at the Examination Council of Zambia. Skilled in director evaluations and providing oversight for subsidiary secretarial functions. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective governance practices.

MR BRIAN MUSONDA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERBrian is a seasoned executive with over 20 years corporate experience working in both public and private sector. He has worked on over USD10 billion worth of transactions and very proficient in investments, deal structuring, governance and strategy. He has worked with counterparties with different cultures across the world.
Brian has held key position including that of Chief Investments for ZCCM_IH and Head Treasury and Investments for National Pension Authority. Brian also worked for Workers compensation Fund Control Board, Zamtel Railways systems of Zambia (now Zambia Railways).
Brian is a chartered accountant and is a fellow Member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA, Holder of MBA Finance and certified Mergers and Acquisition expert.
MR MICHAEL PREISS
PARTNER AND STRATEGY ADVISORMicheal has over 25 years in providing investment advisory and asset management services across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, he has developed a deep understanding of global macro trends, asset allocation strategies, and emerging and frontier markets. Micheal is also a financial columnist and he enjoys sharing views and perspectives on various topics, such as economic development, financial risk management, and blockchain technology. .
MR OWEN CHANSA CHIMPINDE
CHIEF INTERNAL AUDIT AND RISK OFFICER.Is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Auditor, Risk Analyst, Enterprise Risk Manager ,Information Systems Auditor , with over 25 years industry experience He is fellow member of both ACCA and ZICA , and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) .He has held various senior roles including that of Director Internal Audit for NAPSA and prior to joining NAPSA, he worked for KPMG, Galaunia Farms ,and Standard Chartered Bank. Owen has also served on various Boards including Charing some board committees. He is charged with the overall responsibility of ensuring that that Galaxy achieves its objectives by setting up systems and promoting good corporate governance.
